Be My Valentine

Words said in his ear
Dripping with lust and wanton
Made him swell with pride

Loving the Sea

She lay upon the shore
Aloft rocks smoothed by time
The wind took her hair
The salt kissed her mouth
Patiently she waited
As the waves surged
And the tide came in

Jack and the Beanstalk

While he slept the beanstalk grew
Reaching deep into the night
Snagging clouds full of dreams
Stringing them like a kite’s tail
A wonderland beyond the sky
Treasures of every kind to have
And in the morning when he woke
The giant had yet to be slain

Faulty

A fault is a planar fracture
-The surface was smooth as porcelain
Or discontinuity in a volume of rock
-Toned to the level of solid stone
Across which there has been

Significant

Displacement

-I adjusted myself to ease discomfort
As a result of earth movement
-My world shifted at the mere sight of her ass crack

Committed

At the base he wore a ring
A sign of his commitment
Promises of everything
When her release was given

She held it in her dainty hand
He grinned and swelled with pride
She took him by the metal band
And sunk him deep inside

Juliet

“But soft, what light through yonder window breaks?”
“It is the east…”

Oh, how the sun warms my heart as it kisses my naked skin

“Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon”

Slowly I rise to meet thee…
And with my spear, the moon impale

“Who is already sick and pale with grief”

Glistening from feverish sweat,
Body wracked with want; gasping

“That thou, her maid, art far more fair than she.”

Visions of thee met with eruptive white of day

The Feast

Grey fox crouches; waits
Framed in flowers and tall grass
Feast soon to pop up

Swaying Tree

Early morning breeze
Swaying – gently pushed about
Three times the tree groaned

Forest in Red

Thinning the forest
A gift encouraging growth
Red flames kept at bay
